Responding to the CRTC about Community Radio on the Gulf Islands

Let's get to 100! 

WELL, we did! 

So far, 109 people have responded to the CRTC, all in support of a radio station for the Gulf Islands. We also know of several others who have sent their support in by letter. This is outstanding with about 9 days yet to go we are continuing to canvas the community looking for support

We submitted an application for a community FM licence in December 2018.

Almost a year later, the CRTC decided to look at whether the Gulf Islands has the "market capacity" to support a station and called for community feedback.

The more people who respond, the more likely the CRTC will decide in our favour and call for applications.

It's a simple process. After you hit the link, go to section 15 and hit the link for "interventions/comments/answers". That takes you to a privacy page where you have to click on a small box at bottom left. Then you'll be at the submissions page and we are the top listing.
